Nex Ventures was founded in 2018 with one belief: that building a dream home in India should be fast, predictable, and beautiful — not a years-long ordeal filled with contractor unreliability and runaway costs.

We pioneered factory-built modular construction in India, combining European engineering standards with materials suited to Indian climates. Today, we've delivered 500+ homes across 40+ cities, from mountain resorts in Himachal to coastal villas in Kerala.
